1. Website terms of use

The work samples are public sites and products that the founder has built or worked on; they are not client testimonials or guaranteed results, and their own claims are theirs. The demos on the ideas page are fictional concept demos. Price ranges are typical ranges for planning, not contractual rates.

2. Projects

Each project is defined in a written proposal or contract: scope, deliverables, acceptance, timeline, price, payment, change control, support and third-party costs. If this page and a signed proposal differ, the signed proposal prevails.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your business activity, the data and materials you provide, the rights and permissions you hold over them, and the requirements that apply to your sector.

Work in regulated areas (for example health, credit or automated selection of people) is accepted only with its own scope and assumptions and, where needed, specialist review.

4. Our responsibilities

We perform services with reasonable skill and care and answer for the work and processing we actually carry out, as defined in each proposal. We do not promise universal compliance or absolute security. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing law

Each proposal or contract states the governing law and how disputes are handled. These website terms do not choose one for you.
