Who we are

What we collect and why

This website has no account area, no payment and no contact form that stores data. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on it.
An enquiry is not a subscription
Writing to us does not subscribe you to any newsletter or campaign, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you wrote to us. If we ever offer a newsletter it will be a separate choice that you make.
Who receives your data
When you write to hello@artikhub.com, Cloudflare (Email Routing) receives the message and forwards it to a mailbox that we use on Google’s Gmail. We read and answer from that mailbox. Cloudflare also hosts this website. Providers: Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC. We do not sell personal data. Messages from enquiries are handled as ArtikHub messages and are not added to other projects.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Google operate globally, so your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on the transfer safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we are talking, for as long as needed to prepare and follow up a proposal or deliver a project, and to meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are not kept longer than that purpose requires. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or move your data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to hello@artikhub.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
When we build something for you
If a project involves personal data of your customers or staff, the roles of each party and the details are set in the proposal or in a data-processing agreement. You remain responsible for your own activity and your own legal obligations.
Changes
If we switch on something that changes how data is handled (for example a contact form or a measurement tool), we will update this page first.
